Vice President Job Duty Description

The Vice President works under direction of the President, adheres to the bylaws and established polices in the conduct of the following duties:

· Reviews organizational records

· Reviews and approves minutes and bylaws

· Attends all meetings

· May preside over meetings in absence of President

· Assists in program/educational planning with the officers

· Takes certain actions as required in the bylaws

· Works with administrative office to accomplish goals and tasks

· Communicates frequently with staff, officers and committees
